Di Kecamatan Tehoru, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Provinsi Maluku https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/103 <p><em>Clove Tuni is a superior local clove variety from Maluku, widely cultivated in Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency. Until now, information on morphological diversity in Tuni clove populations in the region is still limited. This study aimed to inform the morphological diversity of Tuni cloves and their morphological characteristics. The research was conducted in three villages in Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency: Haya, Tehoru, and Yaputih Villages. The clove plants characterized were &gt;20 years old, where ten plant samples were taken from each village, so there were 30 plants. Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) results for 54 morphological characters obtained from two groups of Tuni cloves with a dissimilarity coefficient of 13% (87% similarity). The first group comprised ten plants with a similarity coefficient of 92% (8% dissimilarity). In contrast, the second group consisted of 20 plants, of which 11 plants had a similarity coefficient of 91.5% or 8.5% dissimilarity (group IIa), and nine plants had a similarity coefficient of 91% or 9% dissimilarity (group IIb). Principle Component Analysis (PCA) results found a diversity of morphological characters with a total diversity of 51.3%. The PCA results showed the characteristics of the first group in the form of flower stalk length, weight, and number of flowers/series. The identifying characters for group IIa are the North-South canopy width and the East-West canopy width, while the identifying characters for group IIb are fruit length, width, and weight.</em></p> Mirda Yanti Namakule, Asri Subkhan Mahulette, Avia Jolanda Matatula Copyright (c) 2024 Agro Wiralodra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/103 Mon, 29 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Penggunaan GIS Untuk Pemetaan Sebaran Jenis, Peran Dan Keanekaragaman Arthropoda Tanah Pada Ordo Tanah Inceptisol Yang Ditanami Tembakau https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/90 <p><em>Tobacco cultivation in Garut Regency has the potential to be developed due to favorable environmental conditions. Cultivation activities that are less environmentally friendly can cause changes in the composition and role of soil arthropods. This study aims to identify the types, roles, and diversity of soil arthropods using GIS. The research method used in this research is spatialized descriptive-quantitative. The observation locations are in two locations, namely Karyasari Village and Sukasenang Village, both of which are in Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency. The location was chosen based on the land planted with tobacco plants. The main parameters observed in this study were the identification of the types, roles, and diversity values of soil arthropods. Diversity analysis uses the Shannon-Wienner index. The results of the study showed that the number of orders and species in Karyasari Village was lower when compared to Sukasenang Village. This also occurred in the composition of the number of roles of soil arthropods in Sukasenang Village, which was more complete when compared to Karyasari Village, including the medium category. The land in Karyasari Village can be said to be less stable when compared to Sukasenang Village.</em></p> Ardli Swardana, Bagus Irham Fathurrohan, Syti Sarah Maesaroh Copyright (c) 2024 Agro Wiralodra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/90 Mon, 29 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Respons Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Melon (Cucumis melo L.) Terhadap Macam Media Tanam Dan Pestisida Organik https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/105 <p>Melon production in Indonesia is currently unable to meet the needs of public consumption, so melon production must continue to be increased. This study aims to determine the dosage of organic pesticides on certain growing media that can produce the best growth and yield of melon plants. The research was conducted in Karanganyar Village, Indramayu District, Indramayu Regency. The study used an experimental method with a Split-Plot Design 2 x 3 repeated 4 times. The main plot is the growing media with 2 levels; M0 = Land, M1 = Soil + Bokashi. Subplots were a combination of organic pesticides Bio T10 and Bio P60 with 3 levels; B0 = Without Dosage of Bio T10 and Bio P60, B1 = Dosage of 2 ml of Bio T10 and 1 ml of Bio P60, B2 = Dosage of 3 ml of Bio T10 and 1.5 ml of Bio P60. The results showed that the growing media significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf area. The best type of growing media is shown by soil treatment and bokashi. The dose of organic pesticides significantly affects plant height and number of fruit seeds. The best dose of organic pesticides was shown by organic pesticide treatment with a combination dose of 3 ml of Bio T10 and 1.5 ml of Bio P60.</p> Risma Ayu Afriyani, Didi Carsidi, Faisal Al Asad, Pandu Sumarna, Yudhi Mahmud Copyright (c) 2024 Agro Wiralodra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/105 Mon, 29 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Berbagai Jenis Aplikasi Auksin Dan Bahan Setek Daun Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Peperomia (Peperomia argyreia) https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/112 <p><em>Peperomia watermelon </em>(<em>Peperomia argyreia</em>) <em> ornamental plant, its existence is still quite rare, due to the long propagation time, so efforts are needed to help the growth of Peperomia plants to be faster. This study aims to determine the growth response of peperomia plant leaf cuttings to various types of auxin application treatments with the leaf cutting materials. This research was conducted at the Screen House of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya in January – April 2022. The design used to be a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor giving synthetic auxin application consisted of 4 levels, namely: control, solution, paste, flour, and the second factor was the type of leaf cuttings consisting of 3 levels, namely: intact leaves, half lower part of leaves, half top part of leave (S3). There were 12 treatment combinations, repeat 3 times, each experimental unit consisting of 3 plants so that the total plants were 108 plants. The results of this research show that there is a significantly different interaction between the treatment of the variable percentage of survival and the percentage of cuttings sprouting. Auxin treatment and the type of leaves cuttings each gave a significant effect on the variable length of the root, that is in the treatment of the type of solution application (R1) by showing the longest root value of 6,26 cm and the treatment of the intect leaves (S3) is by showing the root value of 6,49 cm. While the treatment did not give significantly different results for the number of leaves, the number of main roots, root branches, and shoots</em></p> Nurul Aini, Selvy Isnaeni, Arrin Rosmala Copyright (c) 2024 Agro Wiralodra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/112 Mon, 29 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Pengaruh Sumber Inokulum dan Dosis pada Perbanyakan Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskula (FMA) dengan Tanaman Inang Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharate, sturt) https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/119 <p><em>Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (FMA) are a type of mycorrhiza that is obligative, symbiotic that requires a host plant. Sweet corn plants are suitable plants to be used as host plants because of their greedy nature for nutrients. This study aims to determine the effect between mycorrhiza and different doses of FMA on the vegetative growth of sweet corn host plants and the highest number of spores with inoculum sources derived from mango plants. The research was carried out in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture and Science Laboratory, Wiralodra University in March – August 2023. The experimental design used in this study was a two-factor Randomized Group Design. The first factor is the source of inoculum consisting of S 1 = Source of Inoculum from Biotroph, S 2 = Source of Inoculum from Lobener Village, S 3 = Source of Inoculum from Jatisawit Village and S 4 = Source of Inoculum from Krasak Village. The second factor is the dose of FMA, which consists of: D1 = 20 grams / Polybag, D2 = 40 grams / polybag. The results showed that there was no interaction between inoculum source and FMA dose on spore count, FMA colonization, plant height, root length, root volume, dry root weight, fresh header weight and dry header weight. But it has a noticeable effect on the number of leaves. The best source of inoculum and FMA dose is shown by the treatment of S1 source of inoculum from Biotrop with a combination dose of Biotrope 20 grams / polybag and Biotrope 40 grams / polybag.</em></p> Desvita Desvita, Yudhi Mahmud, Faisal Al Asad, Fina Dwimartina, Fadhillah Laila Copyright (c) 2024 Agro Wiralodra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://agrowiralodra.unwir.ac.id/index.php/agrowiralodra/article/view/119 Mon, 29 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000
